I am taking a card making / entering challenges break. I have not decided how long that will be - it sure has been a fun journey since 2012.

Prayers

 Howdy Crafters ~ I created this card using Gina K Women of Faith Stamp Set - I used Versafine Black ink for the prayers stamp - TH Ground Espresso Ink for the Cross with Heart, and TH Abandon Coral for the praying Girl - Teal MFT ink was used to stamp the 3 hearts. Two stitched rectangles were used for the white and black Cardstock - the 2 layers were glued to a size A2 card. Thank you for stopping by!

Merry & Bright

 Howdy Crafters ~ I created this Poinsettia card using Gina K Merry and Bright Stamp Set.  I stamped the 2 different sizes of poinsettia images using Versafine Very Red Ink - on some of the poinsettias I used heavier ink and others not so heavy. 

I stamped the sentiment with Versafine Black Ink and cut it out with a Stitched Tag die. 3 Stitched Rectangle dies were used to create the layering of the card - white, black and red cardstock.

If my mom were still alive, I would be giving this card to her as she loved Poinsettia's - she passed January 13, 2021 - I miss her.

Poinsettia

 Howdy Crafters~ Today, while I was creating this Poinsettia card I thought of my mom, who loved poinsettias - she had a poinsettia tablecloth, dishes, candles, and other items I cannot recall right now.  My mom passed away in January at the age of 89. I could not be by her side, due to Covid,  nor see her for months.  The comfort I have is she was a Christian and is now in the arms of Jesus.  John 3:16. Thank you for stopping by.
