I love Books

 

Howdy Crafters ~ I am always in need of a bookmark - where or where do they go?

I have this cool bookmark die set from Newtons Nook. Easy peasy lemon squeezy to create a quick and easy bookmark.  Both the base bookmark and the stitched banner are included in the set along with other dies. 

The Bee trail and bee are also Newton Nooks Stamp set [my favorite as I am a bee freak] ~ however this cool stamp set is discontinued [sad].  I added yellow marker to the bee.

I ound some circle ribbon in my stash so added that to the opening at the top of the bookmark. 

The, I Heart books,  die was cut using black cardstock and two way sticker tape on the back of the cardstock.

Bee Happy

 

Howdy Crafters - thanks for stopping by.  I downloaded this FREE water can with pots image over at Beccy's Place.  She offers a free black & white image + colored each month. Thank you Beccy. 
I decided to color up the black and white image using Alcohol markers.  I am not an artist but I must say, I am pleased with how this turned out. I know, tooting my own horn here - LOL.

I also used three metal dies for this card - Stitched rectangle, stitched circle, and stitched banner die.  No sketch to follow - just my own layout of the card

Pop Up tape was placed behind the circle die - and I used a bee sentiment and stamp to finish off the card - added some yellow alcohol marker to the bee.

Birthday Slider Box+Pop Up Cubes

 

Howdy Crafters ~ I cut and assembled the box and pop up cubes using Karen Burniston Dies. The box holds the 3 cubes [flattened down]. To be gifted in September to my grand-daughter.

The other sides of the blocks are decorated with stickers and/or print and cut images and decorated Triangles dies that come with the KB Set.  Thank you for dropping by - have a blessed day.

Wobble Bunnies

 Howdy my crafty friends - I have been gone for many months. I have not entered any challenges during my absence.

I am back to upload my art work - cards, Machine Embroidery - etc.  But not sure how often that will be.

Today, I saw a cute card at Becky's Place using a wobble, so I got inspired and created a wobble card today. 

So here is my first entry for a few card challenges.

Recipe for size A2 card ~ Wobble Bunny Card

Beccy's Image - Backyard Fence digital stamp - I did a print and cut of the image - cut them apart - one layer of the full digital as the base for all three - added another cut image with an added wobble behind the image of first bunny on the left side of card and last bunny on the right side of card. Used pink glitter glue on the ears.

Sun stamp and die - markers
Ladybug stamp and die - markers

Sentiment stamp black ink for stamping sentiment - pop up tape behind sentiment
Die cut used to cut out the stamped sentiment.

MFT Fence die - Pop up tape added behind the Fence -  this is the first die I purchased years ago when  started making cards.
