I just had to share with you this lovely gift box I received in the mail this week from my dear friend & sister in Christ Karen. Look at all of these lovely elements to use on cards, tags, and projects - old music sheets, lace, buttons,doilies, laces, so many items - and that antique cigar box in the back is stuffed full of items as well [but no cigars! LOL]- in addition Karen blessed me with a "frog" to hold my card for a photo shot. Something I have been wanting for a very long time.

A mere thank you seems inadequate for this lovely gift box of items,Karen. I am so appreciative and thankful for your generous gift to me and very blessed to call you Friend. Karen, you had some wonderful finds on your vacation and I am in awe of the selection you have mailed to me. Thank you so much!!
Karen and I have grown close in our relationship over the Internet and
the thread that binds is our
Savior Jesus Christ who would rather have died on the cross then to ever live without us. Thank you Jesus for loving us that much that you laid down your life not only for Karen and I, but for all mankind who will believe and accept you as Savior and save us from the wrath to come.
My card creation today is in honor of my Dear Friend Karen. I will be entering this card at The Kraft Journal in which the Theme is
"Copy your Favorite Designer." Not only is Karen my dear friend, but one of my favorite designers - I am totally amazed at her lovely work and I have selected a card posted on her webpage that I will lift and copy. Here is her card creation:
