Resist Emboss Technique for top mat - Versamark Ink - Wood background stamp - Blue Pearlescent Water Color - White Embossing Powder - I love you More Stamp is also embossed on the mat -  then I used a dry embossing folder - Brick Wall by Darice when finished and ran it through the Cuttlebug [not part of the emboss resist, but I like how it turned out]
Spellbinders Daisy Die and Leaves - Yellow and Green cardstock - stem is fussy cut - Brown Distress ink in the center of the Sunflower
Skittles and Sequins added to the card - Glossy Accents
Die-Namics Stitched Tag Die - Love you More Sentiment Stamp - Misti - Memento black ink - heart sequins - 3 green Recollections Gems

Masking off to create boarder on card

Emboss Resist --- Sponging---- Stamping

I masked off the cardstock to create the border. Then I did emboss resist technique - Versamark Ink was used for the sentiment and Giraffe stamp - - Gina K for re-stamping Giraffe - Misti tool

Spectrum Noir Marker for coloring Giraffe

SU Old Olive ink used for sponging grass and SU blue ink for sponging sky

MFPSS Stamps used:

Giraffe and Sentiment  - Above the Rest set

Flowers - Natures Brush Strokes

Simon Says Pale pink Ink used on a round sponge to add color to the flowers

Thin pink Ribbon - bow it all used to create bow

Blue cardstock for mat and white cardstock for base of card - Scor-pal for scoring base
