I am so Honored

Welcome to my blog. It is an exciting First Day of 2013 for me. I am blessed, honored, and humble to announce that I was selected as Bugaboo's Biggest Fan for the month of January. This is truly an honor. I am looking forward to my adventure with Bugaboo. Here is the write up in the Bugaboo Newsletter.

 

I am a Gail Scott, a Christian crafter who is married to the love of my life, Richard Scott. I am mom to Ben (his wife, Michelle) & step-mom to Rita and Alan. We have seven beautiful grandchildren ranging from ages 22 months to 21 years.

I got my first taste of card making from my dear friend Susan in 2011 when she brought her metal embossing plates and stylus to our Patch of Friends sewing group one evening.  I never thought that introduction would lead me to a purchase of a Cricut Machine and Cuttlebug the following year in July of 2012.

One month later, I was traveling to Indiana for a one day crafting workshop which took me to another level in card making. That is where I met Darlene, who introduced me to the world of blogging. My blog opened up a whole new world for me. I was amazed at all of the opportunities available to enter my cards and projects in various challenges and through this adventure I was introduced to digital stamps.

These past four months have been a wonderful adventure for me in the world of crafting.  Not only have I been introduced to various crafting supplies and stretched to learn new techniques, I have met many creative crafters from all over the world. In addition, I have been blessed by the encouragement I have received from the positive postings to my blog from the many visitors that stop by. Blogging in the crafting world is a very courteous route to travel. 

I want to mention that I love using Bugaboo digital stamps in my card creations. Jodie is a very creative artist and offers the cutest digital stamps that fit a variety of themes. I am so appreciative of her generous weekly freebie, as well as her sponsorship on the various challenges I have entered. I have been blessed to be a winner of her digital stamps as well. It is a joy to enter the challenges offered by Bugaboo.  

To Jodie, Tammy, the DT and all people associated with Bugaboo Digital Stamps, I send my heartfelt thanks for selecting me as Bugaboo’s Biggest Fan and for providing me the opportunity to be a guest designer during the month of January. It is truly an honor and a blessing. Thank you very much.
