Below is the list of people that qualified to win the candy in numerical order [numbered by me according to comments made for entering the candy draw] of those who entered to win candy. Only one comment per day was allowed.
This is the numbering system I am using for random.org. I eliminated all numbering comments made by me and those who did not wish to enter or who did not qualify. I tried to delete the first entry by KT to see if the numbering system would change - but it did not [sorry about deleting your comment KT thanks for the lovely comment] - so I felt this was the fair way to do random.org - to only include the names of those who entered to win the candy - so that is why the numbering system is different on my list after entry #4 than on the commenting number list -[due to not including those who were not in the race to win.]

It is time for another candy give-a-way. I have a 20+ variety package of stickers, chipboard, and rub-ons to be delivered to one USA resident in April 2014.
So sorry, due to high postage rates I am limiting this Give-a-way to USA residents only.

3. You may comment once each day through the duration of the Give-A-Way to increase your chances to win but be sure your comment also include information on how I can contact you if you are the winner - example - blog or email. March 17 - March 31 will give you 17 days to comment and 17 chances to win if you comment each day.
If you are selected as the winner and your contact information is not include with your message, [with the exception of those people I keep in contact with regularly] - I will do random.org again to select a winner that has included their contact information.
