Birthday

Recipe
White cardstock
Pearlescent Watercolors for background
Polk-a-Dot Washi Tape cut in a point
Simon Says Stamps - New - Cupcake in Stitched Frame, Balloon, Make A Wish
Red Spectrum Noir Marker for coloring the heart
StazOn Black Ink and Studio G Ink for stamping
Victorine Bee line rubber stamp for the balloon string
Make A Wish sentiment is Heat embossed using Blue Glitter Embossing Powder, Rangers Distress Embossing Powder, Heat Gun - It has a wonderful raised feel to the embossing
