From the Pastor's Desk

We have a wonderful Pastor - his name is Bob Roberts - he is a great teacher/preacher at New Life Christian Fellowship. Thank you for being a wonderful Pastor - it is an honor to sit at your feet and learn.

I created this card to show my appreciation for all of his hard work.  I have not been able to find a DESK die cut to use with a pop up card - so I figured one out.

Thank you for stopping by my blog. Have a blessed day! ~ Gail ~
Recipe
White cardstock for the base of the card
Kraft Cardstock for the desk - tag, sentiment inside on wall - and name plate
White cardstock and paper to create the paper pad
Digital Bible - unknown origin
scrap of designer cardstock behind the sentiment inside on wall
Decorative cardstock for the wall paper
Black Memento Ink for stamping and distressing the drawers
Brown Recollection Brads for draw knobs
Little Stackers Oval Die for the rug
Scrap of Designer Cardstock for rug
Clear Dollar stamps
Black Micron Ink Pen for the front of card message
Pop Up tape n the Bible - 2 Bible prints and stacked

  1. Creative. Like the desk card. Now that you've got my interest I need to know more about how you created it. You indicate you have pop up dies but created the desk by hand. How did you do this?

  8. Wow! This card is incredible! I think you are so skilled at making personal cards, which mean so much to the recipient. I loved how you included all the bible and desk placard to show without a doubt that it was made for Pastor Bob! I really loved those personalized details and am sure that Pastor Bob was beyond grateful! I also give you a huge kudos for inventing your own desk pop-out when you couldn't find a die cut of one. That's true resourcefulness and the end result is fabulous! Thank you so much for sharing this amazing creation with us here at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog!
