Lawn Mower Guy

 Howdy Crafters:
I am participating in the Monthly Digi of the Month Challenge over at Imagine That!  This month Kris, has generously given us a FREE Digital set:  Lawn Ranger -

and here is what Kris said:

I drew this older gentleman after my own dad, age 76 and mows 14 lawns per week in his retirement village!  Although not his profession, he's always kept an immaculate  lawn.

Recipe: I colored up my image with Master's Touch Markers. A banner die was used to cut the sentiment. I used the following dies:  2 Stitched Rectangles, Stitched Sun, and 2 stitched clouds. I am a fan of Colorbok cardstock - so I selected green Polk-a-dot as the main mat layer. Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Like how you colored the image. Hubby sold former mower and bought new. He mowed on Fri because there was rain in the forecast. We got so much rain. Glad we grilled on Sun. Rained most of the day Memorial Day.

Thanks again for playing in this month's challenge --- and for bringing oopsies to my attention! Very appreciative of all the help you offer. :) Thanks and have a wonderful, CRAFTY month!

  3. This is such a great image and you've shown him off beautifully with the spotted paper, the sun and the cloud. Great sentiment too.
