Here is another idea I lifted from Fran Sabad ~ See Fran's Tags Here. While Fran did a tag - I made a card. My inspiration was from her Snowman looking up - she cut a circle die for the hat and inside the card using the Mini Pop Die, adding Snowflakes. Thanks for stopping by!
