White cardstock for base of card
Black Cardstock for mat
Polk-a-dot cardstock for mat # 2
Black Glitter gel on some of the Polk-a-dots
A Wink of Stella on some of the Polk-a-dots and on the Thanks Die Cut
Poppy Stamps Fancy Thanks Die - Polk-a-dot patterned paper - I cut this twice and glued the top layer on the bottom layer
Black and White Bakers Twine
Black Button
