Santa Card

Howdy Crafters - it has been awhile since I have been on my blog due to my eye surgeries this year.  I had an opportunity to make this card using Beccy's free Santa image.  I printed it out on white cardstock and used a metal die to trim around the image.

I added red glitter glue to the coat and hat for some sparkle.

Found this Christmas writing cardstock in my stash and cut out an A2 size rectangle using a metal die.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2025

Vision is getting better in right eye and my left eye I will be visiting the cornea doctor to have the calcium scrapped off my eye.  It is a very painful procedure as I had it done before but it does bring better vision to my left eye -- so the pain is worth it.

Blessings to all of you ~ cyber hugs, Gail Scott

  1. Hey Gail, thought I would come over and see if you had made any Christmas cards. Great Santa image and really like the Christmas cardstock.
Gail, I have never heard of anyone having calcium taken off their eye. It does sound painful. Saying a prayer for you.
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and hope the New Year is filled with many blessings for you.

  3. I'm glad to hear your vision has improved Gail, and I hope the next surgery is very successful and less painful than last time... I'll be thinking of you.
You did a wonderful job creating your Santa card, I love the addition of the glitter. A little sparkle is always nice at Christmastime.
    Cheers,
