~Perfect ~

Howdy Crafters ~ I would like to share with you how I made the background for this card.

I was watching the first part of Gina K video 2012 called doubling your ink pads CLICK HERE for video
I need to watch the rest of the video.

Anywhoo, I download Tim Holtz Distress Ink pad printable sheet and made 2 copies through my printer. [there is a photo below]

One Sheet I labeled - Regular First Stamping
Second sheet I labeled - Second Stamping

For the remaining ink from the Hero Arts splatter rubber stamp I used on my Distress Ink Sheets,  I stamped all over a piece of white cardstock until the ink was removed from the stamp.

I went through each of the colors of Distress ink I own [34 colors] to stamp my TH  pages and my background is a result of the left over ink from the rubber stamp [3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. stamping].
Tim Holtz Distress Sheets

Pretty cool, hun?  - You can create great backgrounds with other mediums as well by follow the same procedure- have a piece of scrap paper, cardstock, envelopes, etc to clean up your brush or stamp - ink, paint, watercolor, etc.

Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed day!
