My flower is a layered fussy cuts - the rose stamp is by Recollections - I used my Spectrum Noir Marker to color the stamps - leaves and flowers - using my Misti - Scotch Pop up Tape is behind the top layer to give depth. This is the technique at the Mod Squad Challenge for this week. I am really liking coloring my stamps with Markers - super duper cool creations come alive
