Mocha!!!

Howdy Crafters - Another one of my favorite coffee sentiments on this card.

This is my pottery coffee cup in which I enjoy my morning brew - it is over 45 years old. Love it ~a gift from a dentist.

Years ago when I was a working gal,  I got hooked on Tim Horton's Cafe' Mocha's --then I discovered the calorie count of those Mocha's.  so I tried an alternative in my kitchen. Now, I enjoy my home-created Mocha every morning. I can hardly drink a Tim H Mocha as it is way too sweet for me now. I am glad that it is - I have saved money and calories! Below is my Recipe  with calorie count [beats the high calorie coffees out there and the price is right - just saying] - thank you for dropping by, blessings, Gail

Gail's Home-Created Mocha-Recipe
1 cup of your favorite coffee - I make my coffee through my Keurig machine [zero calories]
1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Milk Non-GMO by Silk [30 calories Silk Milk]
1 Tablespoon of Hershey Cocoa[10 calories]
1 Package of Sweet Leaf Organic Stevia Sweetener [0 calories]

Heat the milk, Cocoa, Stevia on the stove - to desired temperature - pour in the hot coffee - stir - enjoy these two delicious cups.  Not sweet enough? It's gonna cost ya in Calories but add 1 Tablespoon Simply 5 Hershey Syrup - stir - 45 calories]  If you add whip cream - that is adding more calories - just saying.

  4. I like how you used the TH coffee stencil. Like the mug. It's great how some things like mugs can stand the test of time. Seems I break a juice glass or some such glass in my cupboard every yr and fortunately not broken any mugs.

Your recipe sounds delish. I splurged on calories this week by having Almond Milk lattes 3x this week at work. I appreciate your low cal recipe!
