Belly Band White Cardstock
Sentiment stamped on White Cardstock with Versafine Ink - then fussy the sides and glued to the belly band - MFP Stamp - Versafine Ink
Tea enclosed - T Joes - two bags are Candy Cane Green Tea which do not come in individual packages.
3 photos - last one shows the insert of the tea bags and a small note stating the 2 tea bags are decafe Candy Cane Green Tea

Nice way to present/package some tea bags. I'll need to get the link from you on how to make this. I have a Tea event I'm going to this mth and was thinking I'd make poppers or something like this and put tea bags inside to give out.
