Howdy Crafters - Recently I did a search on making your own textured paste. I found several recipes and decided on that I already had the supplies to mix make the paste. Here is a tag I created using the textured paste on a stencil - thanks for stopping by and be blessed ~ Gail ~Recipe
Textured Paste
1/2 cup of baking soda
2 Tablespoons of Elmer's White School Glue
1 Tablespoon of Acrylic white paint - can add more
Mix and store in a class jar
Use on project and recommended to dry over night before using
When making the paste you can add more paint or glue or water to get the thickness you desire - I added a bit more glue as I felt the paste was too thick, however, there are people that like to use the thicker texture. I can see many uses for this paste - like clouds, snow, etc. This is my first time at using this wet medium - loving it!
NOTE: Baby powder can be substituted for the baking soda and Mod Podge can be substituted for the White Glue

Looks like you will get several uses out of the stenciled textured paste words. TY for sharing the texture paste recipe. I'll give it a try. I like the look of the Woodland stamp set.
