White Pre-made Card base by Studio G
Blue and White Polk-a-dot Cardstock - Basic Grey
Making Memories Brown and White Polk-a-dot Organza Ribbon
Sizzix Magnetic Ticket Die
White cardstock scrap to stamp image and sentiment
Spectrum Noir Orange, black, and blue markers to color the snowman
The Following Paper Smooches Stamps were used on this creation:
Hang Ups - the bird
Group Hugs - the sentiment
Swanky Snowdudes - the Snowman
The following Powderpuff  Chalking Inks were used on this card:
Amaretto for distressing around the ticket and scallop edges
Midnight Confessions for the snowman
Blue Moon for the bird and sentiment
