Pillow Top Card

I learned this Pillow Top technique from Lois at MFPaHC designer which is for the Friday Challenge - Tutorial Time.

It is really easy to create and I love how it turns out for a nice mat or background for a card. Thanks Lois. Have a lovely Week and thanks for stopping by.
