Here is my creation using

White cardstock for the card
Kathy Davis Patterned Paper for Mat
ACN Digital Stamp - Ladybugs
I fussy cut and used 3D tape to pop up digital stamps on card
Gross Grain Ribbon
Metal Lady Bug Brad
Kathy Davis Matching punch out frame
Clear Dollar Stamp - You are a Blessing
PowderPuff chalking Ink -Maraschino Cherry
Stampabilities Sentiment clear stamp - mommy
PowderPuff Chalking Ink - Green with Envy
Spectrum Noir & Sharpie Markers
Pop up tape
