Penguin Tag

Recipe
TH Die
White cardstock for print out
Fuzzy cut v at the bottom of tag
PowderPuff Blue Hawaiian ink to distress around tag and bottom of tag
Penguin Digital scene compliments of Dearie Dolls - thank you
Washi Snowflake tape - two strips at top of tag
Offray Blue Ribbon
Rangers Liquid Pearls on all snowdrops
Rangers Liquid Pearls to make snowdrifts at bottom of tag
