White Cardstock for base of card - this is a square card 4 1/4 x 4 1/4
Daydream Designs ~ Birthday Hoot Bundle & Hard Rock Candy Bingo Plus Sets Sets
Shimmery Blue Ribbon - made into a bow using black ribbon
Fiskars Cupcake Border Punch
PowderPuff Blue Hawaiian chalking ink for distressing around the card and on the border
Flower and brad cut and placed on top of card with pop up tape - underneath is another matching flower and brad
