One small piece of gear Washi tape - then I put a piece of Scotch tape over the toothpick of the flag to attach it to the card so the Gear Washi tape could bee seen.
Flag Banner by Basic Grey with wooden toothpick base [Serendipity & Shine On]
Micron Brown Ink Pen - used for faux stitching on the banner and printing Happy Birthday
