1. Added Offray Brown Bowin the corner of the card (I am not good at making bows using regular ribbons. Any suggestions? This one is created using the two holes punched in the card - but I still cannot get it right.)
2. Embossed brown cardstock by Recollections using Darice dot folder (I have miss-placed my Cuttlebug Swiss Dot folder - so I ordered two this week - one of my favorite folders)
3. Pop up Tape by Forever in Time is behind the Embossed brown cardstock
4. Added Life's Little Occasions MOM Chipboard images by K & Company
My Mother's Day Card is ready - and I will write my private message inside the card.

Like the additions you made to the card. For bow tying I have a wooden bow maker I bought from Cathie Rigbie. It has wooden pegs that you can place in the slots for different bow measurements 1" - 4" and you basically wrap the bow around the pegs, go under, over & tie and take the completed bow off. For smaller bows I use the pegs and place in styrofoam and do the same tying but making the smaller bows is harder with less space to work with but I've managed to make a couple of the small bows recently. Is a big help when someone like me cannot tie bows without it.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great Mother's Day card, I love the embossed panel, and the fancy edge across the bottom. Have you tried using a Bow Easy, that's what I use for my bows? Thanks for joining the Pink & Brown with Ribbon Challenge at Cuttlebug Mania.
