Heart Die Cuts by Madison - Poppy Seed Dies (Small ones)
Pop Up Tape - Forever in Time behind each heart die cut 
Forever in Time Blue Crystal Gems in the corners on Front of the card
INSIDE card: RIckey Blue Moon Cardstock by Basic Gray - Recollections 3-D Tag Embellishment
Handwritten using Micron Blue Ink Pen - Happy Spring
