Fall Tree

I have to say, "FALL" is my favorite time of the year! Here in Michigan we have lots of trees and when the leaves change colors it is a magnificent example of God's creation. When I step outside and see the lovely trees in our own yard turn colors of orange, yellow, and red it does bring a peace that passes all understanding. What a magnificent God we serve.
Recipe for this card
* K & Company Fall Harvest Words Embossing paper - cut to fit pre-made white size A2 card Joann's
* Die cut by Tim Holtz - Branch Tree (this is probably my favorite die - although I have others - love trees!)
* Recyclable cardboard (I save all cereal boxes, cracker boxes, etc. and use them for die cutting) - die cut the tree twice - added pop-up tape between the trees, and on the back to adhere to the card.
* Chalks brown ink to accent the tree
* Black ink Micron to draw in accents on the branch tree
* Pumpkin Button embellishment by Dress It Up - Fall Collection
* Recollection - gold paper for sentiment
* Real-Estate Punch by EK for sentiment
* You're in my thoughts stamp (purchased at Hobby Lobby - brand unknown)
* Chalk - black ink for stamp
Thank you for visiting my blog today. Have a blessed Fall~ and take a color tour if you live in a state that has fall color changes or visit your Internet - I am sure there is one listed somewhere on the Internet - the information highway. God Bless ya! Gail

  4. Gail, I too love the fall. So many wonderful colors. It is amazing to see all the different hues. God could have made them all one color, but he gave us so many to enjoy. I love how you portrayed fall on your card. Thanks for sharing with the Stampin' Sisters in Christ challenge.
