Stairstep Card ~ Halloween

I am on a roll with stair-step cards. This is card number 2 entry for Joan's Gardens Challenge for this week. Directions for a stair-step card are listed here at Selma's Stamping Corner.
Supplies used to make this card:
     1. DCWV Ghost and Goblins ( I used 2 different sheets to cut the mats for this card)
     2. Colorbok - black card-stock base
     3. ATG/tape
